forgotten fermentations

 lunch: more napa and tofu soup
-last of the furikake
-last of the garlic brown sugar smoked salmon, from Oct Seattle trip

dinner: shio koji filet tacos + last of the napa tofu soup
-forgotten shio koji from summer 2020 lol that dinner with Liban reminded me of (note: there are still 2 more jars in the fridge *grimace emoji*)
-two tiny filet pieces rescued after analytical work measurements
-two tortillas, leftover from Comal
-cilantro lime sauce, leftover from pozole dumplings
-chili crunch, from Oaxaca

extras for later: pao de queijo undergoing mitosis
-all ingredients leftover from Jose's dumplings [post still to come]
