We celebrated our reunion after three years at Atelier Crenn. I had been waiting for this experience for six months, and for this particular night? Thirty days.. because that's how the reservations worked.
I think the best way to describe this overall meal experience is... umami explosion.
And it all started with an exciting cold burst of apple.
