Carolina Cupcakes

 Carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.

So since I placed a last minute order, I was too timid to ask for 1/2 whatever and 1/2 carrot cake.

Andrew: I don't think I could eat 12 of the same cupcake...

Gone within a day.

Now usually I don't like frosting, but there was no way I could finish one of these cupcakes without partitioning out enough of the dense cream cheese frosting to the moist, fluffy cake.

I had never been so happy eating a dessert before because for the first 6, there was always the knowledge that another one awaited.
