light meal prep


dinner: napa and tofu soup
-homemade stock of all the freezer bones I could find (+ makrut lime leaf + galangal from pantry stash)
-napa cabbage, leftover from tofiery
-last of the silken tofu, leftover from tofiery
-cochayuyo, from pantry stash via Chile
-pickled onions, from bday trio brunch
-chili crunch, from Oaxaca
-egg

cream cheese, dill, chives, merken

cabbage slaw
parsley, mint, garlic, salt, sugar, malt vinegar

-six soft boiled eggs
-anise, clove, bay, cinnamon infused milk
