fruity

Donut batch #3 for Nance's day of birth.
I stalked her boyfriend on IG to start to conceptualize this flavor profile - basically something in the fruity category.


mango glazed
roasted black sesame
dried hibiscus
I love how vibrant and sunny the glaze turned out. I love the sesame speckles and the floral flair.
Enjoyed on a surprisingly clear (if chilly) day in the city with even more donuts and lots of individually packaged snacks because distancing socially.
Subbed in butter for shortening. Needed more proofing time the second time around. Glaze work still in progress.
