Checking one off the bucket list.
Finally hopped back on a bike and decided to take it all the way around Lake Monona.
We went about a fourth of the way around and refueled at Crema Cafe.

I wake up every morning telling myself today will be the day, today I will avoid sweets.. or at least eat 50% less. And then life usually goes on unchanged because I have little-to-no self control.
But how could I resist the rhubarb pistachio scone? It had this great vanilla-y, spice-y flavor that I couldn't quite put my finger on.
For the breakfast part of breakfast, I went with the Killer Scramble (smoked salmon, sauteed leeks, goat cheese, 3 eggs with sourdough toast and salad) - so named because it's... killer? Unclear, but I am not often upset when I have salmon in front of me.

Currently, spilling water all over myself, deciding when I should eat lunch, listening to my iTunes library on shuffle and remembering those angsty teenage feelings, fantasizing about hotel balconies, writing those results one agonizing word at a time in between extracting muscle proteins from grocery store ground pork.
