figs and goat cheese

Fig and goat cheese tart fail.

So I had to improvise.

 Discovered these delicious flatbreads from Costco that Jeanette and I had no trouble consuming.

Smoked salmon and cream cheese.

Dried fig/fresh apple and goat cheese.

Plain.

Tangy.  Savory.  Yum.

Still crying about a job and no money.
