green eggs and lamb

I missed Jo and her lamb stew, so I had to make my own.



St. Patty's Day cooking club was all about [beef, because I couldn't find the right lamb] stew and roasted [boneless] leg of lamb covered in herbs [marjoram, rosemary, thyme, sage] and oil.
Dug into dinner too fast to get post-stove snaps. Made too many playlists after eating ourselves into oblivion - unsurprisingly, the meal was potato heavy.

But we had leftovers for two days, which is always my favorite thing about hosting.
