Okay, so the focus wasn't on the pork. But I'd argue most of the creativity in pork chops is in the sides, sauces, and flavor pairings.
My imagination ran wild with possibilities until the thought of a pork chop felt dreadfully boring.
I couldn't decide what to eat it with. Couldn't narrow it down.
How far is too far?
Garlicky mashed cauliflower and rosemary mushrooms.
Not too far.
