sweet peppers

Things I'm dwelling on: 
-another tattoo
-how A can affect B without much realization
-and how B doesn't understand why when A shouldn't have been that important

-bubble tea flavors

Stuffed sweet peppers smothered in the same red chile sauce from fall.  Stuffed with quinoa, black beans, corn, onions, cheese, scallions, and some sort of chili seasoning that was handed down to me.  Snuggled atop one another and baked until I could cut it with a fork.  Using little sweet peppers started out as a pain during the stuffing process, but it all paid off in the eating process with the perfect ratio of pepper to stuffing.
 
All lined up and ready to get in my belly.
