bird's nest frittata

 Frittata baked in a potato nest :)
filled with scallions, bacon, corn; topped with caramelized onions; drizzled with honey mustard and sriracha.
1. shred potatoes, enough to cover tart pan
2. whisk desired amount of eggs with desired amount of milk and add desired amount of whatever you want
3. I think I baked this at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  It would obviously depend on the pan shape and amount of egg.
Andrew and I finished it off before it even had time to cool.
