When I was younger, I used to drink my (sparkling) apple juice/cider in wine glasses. Made me feel grown up and classy.
Still enjoy pouring myself a drink in a wine glass.
Tucked away in Research Drive on certain Fridays is Duke's farmer's market, which I only had a chance to browse before catching the bus after work. The first time was in search of samples for my growling stomach; the second time was to obtain a bottle of peach cider, which I had an eye on since the first time.
It is much preferable to apple cider. Tangy, sweet, a distinct after taste of peach after the initial familiar cider-y taste... maybe you know what I'm talking about. Excellent mixed with an equal part of sparkling water to dilute it a bit and add a sense of spice, as all carbonated drinks do for me.
