I am upset with myself for not documenting the food, but I guess I just have to rely on your senses.

Simple spring salad with blanched green beans, sriracha-honey chicken, and caramelized plums

Toast with spinach-walnut pesto, roasted red peppers, and goat cheese

Deviled eggs with ginger

Sesame-wasabi cold noodles (it's a typical Asian-party dish)

Trail mix balls (basically oatmeal held together by mashed bananas with craisins, chocolate chunks, and walnuts)

Can't forget the classy dinner at Hooters as six poorly dressed hooters virgin asian girls.

-carolina med girl to discover cure for cancer (or blatant racism?)
-creeps middle aged asian men taking pictures and smiling at our table...

-Val's enthusiasm quickly deflates (as does her 20-piece plate of wings)
