I entered a dessert contest last week.
1.
Lavender white chocolate brownies with raspberry puree.
Substituted white chocolate chunks into a simple brownie recipe. Frozen raspberry pureed with a little bit of lemon juice. Two drops of lavender oil.

Rosemary apple bars.

Mango green tea cobbler cupcakes

Asian-inspired.
Mango instead of raspberry.
Peach jam instead of butter and sugar (it gave it a very gummy texture... don't bake it for as long).
Soy instead of cow. Heated and infused green tea leaves (next time, use green tea powder).
Results are out early next week :)
Fingers crossed.
