This is me in the before.
An initial idea, the first attempt. A still satisfactory creation. Overconfidence in self awareness perhaps.
This is a mish mash kimchee stew I made with cabbage and onion and a lot of gochujang. A couple blocks of leftover tofu and some hardboiled eggs and one can of tuna went into as well. I liked it.
I also had a reservoir of sourdough discard that I saved for sourdough discard pancakes. I added soy sauce and some slices of onion to the "batter" and then topped it with fresh tomatoes and anchovy crisp.
This is me during.
A slight revamping from the initial iteration. Fresh tomatoes and a sunny side up egg. Familiar but still new. Slight differences to create a slightly different experience.
The remainder of the discard pancake also got an egg, fried with it like a scallion pancake roll. Still topped with fresh tomatoes and a bigger dollop of anchovy crisp.
This is me in the after.
I don't know what that is yet. I've been looking for different ways to track how I progress through it, which is how I ended up here.
