My favorite thing during these moments of frantic pantry clean out are potluck dinners. Jamie and Shirley made us garlicky Oaxacan soup with squash blossoms and garlic noodles.
And I made a quick and easy lentil salad:
cooked in duck/chicken broth
celery. parsley. lacto carrot sauce.
Supplemented by breakfast Hot Pocket lunch because I'm in scarcity mode before Oceans.
