a day off from cooking except for some prep for tomorrow but i did have these lychee gummies as a fun snack throughout the day:
-canned lychee juice, leftover from bday trio brunch
-mint, leftover from herb caviar
-citric acid, from pantry stash
-gelatin and corn syrup, from pantry stash
-sugar, pantry staple
ebi katsu lunch from OK's deli because I was still on a katsu kick from yesterday
good foundations but just missing... something. something citrus, something spice.
dinner in search of punchy flavors back at my favorite bar:
-mezcal carrot cilantro cocktail thing
