I'm digging into the archives for this one.

This was the raspberry birthday cake from Artful Baker for Bryce's birthday from a couple years ago. Back when we were still a small enough company for me to selectively make cakes for my coworkers as time and memory permitted.

Also Bryce's love for raspberry and my general intrigue for this cake recipe lined up perfectly.

Also filled with some pineapple caramel I had leftover.

If you're remotely a fan of raspberry, this is the dessert for you. Raspberry puree. Raspberry buttercream. And freeze dried raspberry bits. I enjoyed everything about this cake.

And sliced before delivery so I could entertain myself with this photoshoot.

But no worries, I managed to slide it back in. Heh.
