I think the theme of these days is just going to be h e a v y.
At least I was able to find some lightness in this hodgepodge freezer dump lunch with a side salad of leaves + kraut + gochujang aioli.
And some lightness in this revamp of the blueberry corn rolls.
Using Food52 as my guide - instant yeast instead of active dry, 1/2c cream, and 10g of freeze dried blueberries, rolled with corn custard and dried corn.
Pre-bake.
Cannot wait to eat for breakfast. Look at me looking forward to something.
