This is a blueberry landscape. Freeze dried blueberries gently folded into my luscious sourdough roll dough. Doubled recipe, subbed whey in for milk, only 20g milk powder though because I ran out. I'm obsessed with the marbled dough look.

This is a ranch butter landscape. Seasonings portioned from here with extra garlic and no onion, sans buttermilk powder (but I would've used if I had) and mixed in with ~1/4c butter. Spread lovingly onto the other half of my sourdough rolls dough.
Final product to be devoured tomorrow. I can hardly wait.
Late lunch basically put me into a coma until evening.
Pasta twirls from a couple days ago + sauteed corn and beet greens + ranch butter + parm shavings.
Not pictured is a drizzle of balsamic to finish.

Eaten while getting way too invested in the unfolding GnG storyline on Riverdale. Honestly cannot wait to finish this show so I can resume my life.
I'm honestly amazed I managed to function yesterday on probably 3-4 hours of sleep. I think if I wasn't driven by congee + firepit at the end of the day, I wouldn't have even left my bed.
Well in addition to ladyfinger failure #2 [pictured yesterday], there was also a ladyfinger failure #1 that didn't even make it to the oven, it failed so miserably. I had brazenly decided butter + soy lecithin would be a suitable equivalent to egg yolks.
But then I dumped the rest of my buckwheat pancake mix into it and an equal amount of almond milk, poured it into a hot cast iron, topped it randomly with Dirty Girl strawberries, and finished it in the oven until cooked through.

It turned into this fun thick pancake-y quick bread-y thing that is delicious topped with Thai tea cream.

Nibbled on throughout entire evening while still entirely too full from lunch.
